Co-founded a team to stand up a new product for programmable electrical rule checking, initially with no management sponsorship. Successfully took the tech to a greenspace market in 18 months, creating a new revenue center and completing the suite of IC simulation tools.

Discontinuation Driven Onboarding
Following a deal struck with Morgan Stanley to assume clients following a platform discontiniuation, built out technology and systems for rapid transition. Facing a hard stop on the window of opportunity, refined the process and change management with our delivery team until it was down to a science. At scale, up to 10 transitions a week were managed by a minimally trained ad-hoc team.

Co-Chair DEI Committee
Drove diversity goals and bencmarks through the Athennian DEI Committee as a founding and ongoing member. Together with my amazing colleages, worked to ensure an intentional focus on DEI throughout the operational stack. From inclusive language in the recruiting process, to a focus on improving respectful listening during meetings, the committee executed on realization of benefits at the individual level - far beyond metrics.

Co-founded a Calgary family business delivering IT Consulting Services, with a focus on Medical/Dental and Media industries. Built out a toolchain for endpoints-as-a-service with automations for billing, support requests, time tracking and reporting.

Successfully advocated for and started up a specialized Product Growth team, focused on building technical and product strategies for expansion into potential growth segments or markets. This highly agile team operates within a stated business problem and prototypes functioning experimental solutions that can be market tested. The team is full-stack and multi-discipline including Engineering and Product, and works closely with Revenue to gain intelligence on themes around pain points.
